The honey jars we ship are always double-sealed.
If you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer service. They will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.
Once you open the jar, a return is no longer possible, as we cannot rule out potential contamination and would then have to discard the product.
Delivery within Switzerland typically takes 3-7 days.
